Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist IV - HB/PB.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex medical claims and support financial success for healthcare clients
• Mentor account resolution specialists to enhance skills in handling complex cases
• Investigate and resolve outstanding insurance accounts receivables to maximize revenue collection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience supervising, mentoring, or coaching required
• CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
• 3-5 years of experience with health insurance companies managing complex medical claims
• Experience in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or comparable platforms is required
