A company is looking for an Enterprise Feed Manager to oversee technical and strategic management of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Oversee multi-client communications and manage client expectations while addressing potential issues
- Assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and optimize product feeds for various eCommerce channels
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with feed account management
- 3+ years of digital marketing/e-commerce performance experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing support role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
