Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of business development experience with B2B sales cycles
- Experience in leading teams, process improvement, and strategic account planning
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Multiple language skills and PMI certifications are a plus
