A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Host).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all host partners and inbound prospects
- Lead incident communications and manage expectations during outages
- Maintain a partner database and track payments while resolving billing issues
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of GPU infrastructure, cloud architecture, and server hardware
- 5+ years in partner, account, or customer success roles in B2B infrastructure, cloud, or hardware environments
- Proficient with ticketing/project tools and documentation platforms
- Understanding of contract workflows and basic financial reconciliation
- Proven ownership of $1M+ accounts with measurable growth results
