Job Summary
A company is looking for a SaaS Client Account Manager to ensure client success and satisfaction with their software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Proactively monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for clients to derive more value from the software
- Assist clients with technical aspects of the SaaS software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of experience in client support or account management roles, preferably with SaaS software
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain complex workflows and software features
- Previous experience supporting SaaS software is highly desirable
- Proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
