Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical SaaS Task Manager to support their Client Account Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage client-related tasks, projects, and deliverables in collaboration with Client Account Managers
  • Document client requirements, meeting notes, and create technical documentation
  • Analyze internal task workflows and develop SOPs and standardized tracking tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management)
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or client success in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience with SaaS tools and task/project management platforms
  • Proficient in process mapping software and intermediate Excel skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms and collaborative tools
