A company is looking for a Technical SaaS Task Manager to support their Client Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage client-related tasks, projects, and deliverables in collaboration with Client Account Managers
- Document client requirements, meeting notes, and create technical documentation
- Analyze internal task workflows and develop SOPs and standardized tracking tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management)
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or client success in a SaaS or tech environment
- Experience with SaaS tools and task/project management platforms
- Proficient in process mapping software and intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms and collaborative tools
