Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of projects and minimize service impact
- Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
- Drive internal service review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Relativity Certified Administrator required
- 10+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms
- Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
- ITIL Certification and Relativity Expert/Master certification preferred
