Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for major creative accounts
- Build, manage, and maintain client relationships while overseeing account strategy
- Manage the Creative Account Services team and drive improvements in account performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading creative or paid media accounts, with at least 6 years client-facing
- 6+ years of management experience with teams of 3 or more
- In-depth knowledge of paid media creative trends and best practices
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports
- 4-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
