Client Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Manager - EE Navigation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new client information and update renewal information in the benefits system
• Assist in data integrity reporting by identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance plan rules and support team in reporting activities

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of benefits data analysis or similar experience preferred
• Benefits and/or human resources work experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
