Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Remote, United States).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the designated technical contact for assigned accounts, building relationships and maintaining communication with customer stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance by understanding the customer's SaaS environment and aligning it with their strategic goals
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely follow-up, especially in high-priority situations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or higher education
- 1 or more AWS certifications
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and monitoring/log management tools
- Understanding of service management frameworks and experience managing Linux systems is preferred
