Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a focus on Consultative Selling
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on satisfaction, growth, and retention
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
- Comfort using data to drive recommendations and demonstrate business impact
