Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Director (Account Director).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the hospitality, entertainment, and outdoor tourism categories
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion
- Build strong executive relationships by aligning offerings with customer goals
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally in the hospitality or outdoor tourism sector
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies to increase bookings and repeat customers
- Hands-on experience managing a CMS and expertise in website best practices
- Proven experience in digital platforms and solutions tailored to the hospitality vertical
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred
