Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Success Manager II to support a portfolio of clients focused on vulnerable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with awardees, acting as their primary contact from pre-application to project completion
- Assist in onboarding new awardees and guide them through the application and project life cycle
- Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in legal, financial, real estate/construction, or account management field
- 5-7 years of experience as an Account Success Manager or in a similar role
- 6 years in financial, real estate/construction, and/or account management, with portfolio management experience
- 3 years in grants management, collaborating with grant recipients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft tools
