Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client service requests and oversee customer success services
- Prepare clients for renewals and recommend coverage improvements based on market conditions
- Utilize Salesforce and the company's platform to manage and quote insurance portfolios
Required Qualifications
- Property and casualty producer license with 2+ years of experience
- Technical knowledge of property and casualty coverages
- Experience with G-Suite and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to perform effectively in a remote work environment
- Experience managing resources in fast-paced, high transaction volume settings
