A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Manager, Community & Specialty Oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication with assigned sites to address business needs and provide performance analysis
- Conduct statistical analysis and recommend actions to improve financial performance and address issues
- Support integration of new providers and monitor revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional healthcare setting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with EPIC preferred
- Ability to learn and assimilate electronic systems
- Prior experience in hospital revenue operations preferred
