Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor responsible for supervising and leading Patient Account Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Patient Account Representatives, including performance management and A/R management
- Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans
- Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
