A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II - Balance & Refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve patient credit balances efficiently and timely through daily review and workflow management
- Identify accounts for patient refunds and perform requests according to guidelines
- Provide excellent service and clear communication regarding credit balances or refunds to patients and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of healthcare-related experience in Account Review, Collections, or Revenue Cycle
- Experience with Epic is preferred
