A company is looking for a Credentialing Account Manager to oversee the credentialing process for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients post-implementation
- Manage credentialing workflows including CAQH validation, document collection, and payer submissions
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to clients and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years in credentialing, healthcare account management, or payer relations
- Familiarity with CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer processes
- Experience with Salesforce and credentialing systems
- Ability to track application progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
