Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager - West.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, managing communication and collaboration on campaigns and projects
- Act as an internal liaison for account health updates and escalate churn risks as necessary
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and lead interactive brainstorming sessions for innovative technology use
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Digital Marketing
- Proven ability to build relationships that foster business growth
- Knowledge in SaaS, mobile, ESPs, APIs, marketing automation, or marketing analytics
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and strategies to enhance engagement
