Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Account Specialist to manage client accounts and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium-sized accounts and develop post-sale relationships with clients
- Resolve service issues and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Conduct renewal pricing and manage the installation process for new and existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in TPA, Insurance Carrier, or Brokerage in claims management or underwriting
- Knowledge of claim products and services
- Understanding of the insurance/TPA industry and marketplace
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
