Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships
- Experience working with creators or digital entrepreneurs
- Proven ability to manage high-value customer portfolios with measurable impact
- Familiarity with CRM tools and product usage analytics
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling SaaS environment
