Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies for partner contract renewals and upselling opportunities
- Drive increased adoption of tools through expert consultation on pedagogy trends and innovations
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, etc.)
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in EdTech
- Knowledge of educational technology trends and teaching methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
