Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Account Managers with complex administrative and customer service tasks
- Handles 3-4 small client accounts and assists in training new assistants
- Completes pre-renewals, proposals, and binding coverage independently
Required Qualifications
- A P&C license and at least one year of insurance industry experience
- Successful completion of Total CSR within 90 days of hire
- Basic proficiency with Excel and relevant applications
- Mastery of all Account Assistant I & II tasks before advancing
- Typically holds at least one designation such as CISR, ACSR, CRIS, AINS
