Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and generating referrals
• Oversee the recruitment process and maintain strategic relationships with clients
• Identify and manage request for proposal (RFP) opportunities from start to finish

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales, recruitment, or account management experience
• Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales
• Proven track record in account management within healthcare recruitment
• Ability to work effectively with C-suite and senior executives
