Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client properties
- Act as a project lead and primary contact for onboarding activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive onboarding metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or client-facing operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with utility data or sustainability reporting is a plus
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Experience with commercial real estate, ESG, or facilities/operations teams
