Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Lead to manage client activations and ensure satisfaction from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client properties
• Act as a project lead and primary contact for onboarding activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive onboarding metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or client-facing operations in a SaaS environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with utility data or sustainability reporting is a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Bonus: Experience with commercial real estate, ESG, or facilities/operations teams
