Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive proactive account growth and maintain customer relationships
- Manage customer satisfaction and ensure compliance while overseeing account P&L
- Collaborate with sales team members to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience managing the sales process end-to-end
- At least 5 years of experience running account P&L
- Proven track record in a client-facing account growth role
- Strong understanding and experience in the banking sector
- Experience with client CXO relationships and conversations
