Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and customer service for clients
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and communicate with clients and carriers
- Assist in maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess a current and active Property & Casualty license
- Knowledge of various states' insurance guidelines
- Proficiency in agency management systems and technology-based tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
