Business Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst 4, Business Support & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, route, and approve complex customer deals submitted by Sales and Engineering teams
• Create and maintain operational reporting tools and compliance reports to drive data-based decision making
• Provide financial reporting and analytical support, ensuring accuracy of data and recommending changes to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Mid-Market product offerings and financial calculations (IRR, NPV, cash flow)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
• Ability to prioritize work and make directional decisions independently
