Key Responsibilities
- Conducts training and support presentations for clients
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for CareIQ services and client implementations
- Collaborates with product and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in customer/account management with high-level accounts
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across an organization
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
