Key Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies, executing the denial appeals process
- Prepare and submit reports, while tracking and trending recovery efforts
- Provide feedback for process improvement and communicate issues related to denials and claims
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Basic experience and knowledge of PC applications
- Willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with organizational values
