Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager for Sephora EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong partnerships with Sephora EU accounts and execute brand strategic initiatives
- Develop retailer-centric strategies tailored to each account and influence future retailer initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, lead market meetings, and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the beauty or luxury retail industry
- Proven success in driving sales and managing relationships in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies
- Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
- Proactive, results-oriented with strong project management skills
