Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager for Sephora EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with Sephora EU accounts and execute brand strategic initiatives
  • Develop retailer-centric strategies tailored to each account and influence future retailer initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance, lead market meetings, and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities


Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the beauty or luxury retail industry
  • Proven success in driving sales and managing relationships in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies
  • Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
  • Proactive, results-oriented with strong project management skills
