A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote - Heartland).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist an Account Executive in managing and growing business within assigned accounts
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal processes while promoting marketing communications to the account base
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in Inside Sales with a focus on Cyber Security
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong drive for results and ability to work well within a team
