Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager|Payroll & Benefits Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive upsell revenue for Payroll + Ben Admin products by identifying qualified opportunities within the existing US client base
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using the MEDDPIC methodology and run tailored discovery and expansion cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain a high-quality customer experience throughout the upsell process
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS Account Management or Sales with a proven track record in upselling or expansion
- Experience selling payroll software or regulated HR tech in the US market is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of US Payroll buyer personas, particularly in HR, payroll, and finance functions
- Ability to manage and forecast a revenue-generating pipeline using Salesforce
- Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or related HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR
