Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in strategic account management or customer success roles within SaaS, CX, AI, or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of expanding enterprise accounts and driving revenue targets
- Experience with customer experience technologies and AI/ML platforms
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required
