Network Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with complex providers, addressing issues related to policies, plan design, and provider education
• Drive implementation of solutions to enhance provider satisfaction, network growth, and operational efficiency
• Monitor service capabilities and resolve escalated issues regarding claims payment and contract interpretation

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of provider relations experience with non-standard relationships and exposure to benefit plan design
• 3 to 5 years' experience with specific policies, benefits, and plan design
• Working knowledge of CPT and HCPC codes and relevant terminology
• Ability to work remotely in specified states
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
