Job Summary
A company is looking for a Government Drug Rebate Account Manager Senior, responsible for providing complex level support for assigned rebate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction by coordinating with operational units and implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with account leadership to build business cases and lead client-facing initiatives
- Document interactions with accounts in Salesforce CRM and support client retention through proactive issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling messages and presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and collaborate across departments
