Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager/Operations Analyst to support healthcare staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing rosters and onboarding trackers, manage client meeting notes, and compile task order-level client reports
- Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates, resolving onboarding and scheduling issues while coordinating with HR and Recruiting
- Maintain communication with subcontractors, track supplier performance, and assist with invoice and timekeeping discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare staffing environment
- Familiarity with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) structures and compliance protocols preferred
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated team-first attitude with a willingness to adapt and support others
