A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management to lead a transformation in customer engagement through technical expertise and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and forecast Gross Dollar Retention (GDR), churn, and expansion risk while implementing churn prevention strategies
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team, defining KPIs and workflows for customer engagement
  • Serve as a technical thought partner to customers and create value-add content to support their needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Customer Success, TAM leadership, or Post-Sales technical roles in SaaS or related fields
  • Hands-on technical fluency in video streaming workflows and cloud infrastructure
  • Proven ability to lead global teams and retain high-value customers
  • Experience in high-stakes customer situations and developing save strategies
  • Passionate about driving customer value and retention
