Key Responsibilities:
- Own and forecast Gross Dollar Retention (GDR), churn, and expansion risk while implementing churn prevention strategies
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, defining KPIs and workflows for customer engagement
- Serve as a technical thought partner to customers and create value-add content to support their needs
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Customer Success, TAM leadership, or Post-Sales technical roles in SaaS or related fields
- Hands-on technical fluency in video streaming workflows and cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead global teams and retain high-value customers
- Experience in high-stakes customer situations and developing save strategies
- Passionate about driving customer value and retention
