A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
- Provide GRC subject-matter expertise and technical advice to customers on Risk Cloud applications
- Manage ongoing account activities, including status meetings, training, and collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
- Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
- Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value and limitations
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
