Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with HOA Boards, Property Managers, and customers
- Coordinate account services and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing multiple accounts and addressing customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Three years of related experience in telecom, hospitality, or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in cable or telecommunications preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual skills are a plus
