Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Account Manager to oversee the onboarding process for new properties and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HOA Boards, Property Managers, and customers
• Coordinate account services and ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing multiple accounts and addressing customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in telecom, hospitality, or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in cable or telecommunications preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Bilingual skills are a plus
