Ecosystem Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecosystem Engagement Manager to enhance partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with significant Dapp partners and ensure MetaMask retains preferential wallet status
• Implement success programs and manage Dapp success projects while addressing client requests and complaints
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and to enhance engagement and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in relationship-focused account management, developer community management, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and experience with the open-source developer community
• Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Comfortable collaborating with a global team across different time zones
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
