Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Manager responsible for managing the Account Servicing Administrative department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, and reporting of the Account Servicing Administrative team
- Analyze recovery vendor activities and establish department KPIs while providing performance guidance
- Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure timely and accurate data input by administrative staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience in comparable fields
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills
- Professional phone presence
