Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Solutions Advisor to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and embed training and adoption of solutions into customer-specific workflows
- Provide insights to link usage and economic value, driving product adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews focused on customer initiatives and product usage
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
- Experience working with large, Fortune 500 customers and presenting to executive leaders
- Understanding of product development and release practices for enterprise customers
- Experience managing account success, renewals, and cancellations
- Familiarity with support and incident management procedures
