Key Responsibilities
- Manage the partner's transition from pre-sale to post-sale, overseeing the sponsorship program lifecycle
- Facilitate the creative process, maintain campaign timelines, and deliver reporting and optimizations
- Compile comprehensive reports to support client renewals and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital or integrated media sales, media planning, account management, or client success
- Ability to interpret data to drive account strategy and identify upsell opportunities
- Experience managing B2B stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Basic understanding of digital media operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus
