Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join their Global Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a select group of customers
• Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks related to account maintenance and client support

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, economics, or a similar field of study
• 3-4 years of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
