A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join their Global Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a select group of customers
- Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks related to account maintenance and client support
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, economics, or a similar field of study
- 3-4 years of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
