A company is looking for an Account Manager (Mid-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of services
- Develop an account retention strategy to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
- Up-sell products and services to existing customers while meeting renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales
- Business-to-business sales experience, preferably in technology
- 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company
- Bachelor's degree preferred
