A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a post-sales team of Client Managers and Directors of Strategic Accounts
- Build and implement a data-driven success strategy to enhance customer engagement and outcomes
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Client Success or Account Management within high-growth SaaS organizations
- Proven experience managing a book of business with at least $50M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Expertise in Healthtech or similar regulated SaaS industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with data visualization tools
