A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client transactions including endorsements, renewals, new policies, rewrites, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate transaction documentation and update databases to reflect current policy details
- Respond to Account Managers' requests and prioritize daily work based on time sensitivity
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, with agency/broker experience preferred
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required
- Familiarity with multiple software applications and internet-based programs
- Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing
- Ability to manage workflow efficiently and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and clients
