A company is looking for an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customized bookkeeping and bill paying services for high-net-worth individuals and small to medium-sized businesses
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, and journal entries, including generating month-end client reports
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion while managing multiple clients
Required Qualifications
- Certified Bookkeeper (or similar) preferred
- 3+ years of directly related experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, and Quicken (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in managing online/offline bill pay and reconciling accounts
