Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client transactions including endorsements, renewals, new policies, rewrites, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate documentation of client files and update databases to reflect policy changes
• Respond to Account Managers' requests for information and prioritize daily work allocation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, with agency/broker experience preferred
• High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required
• Familiarity with multiple software applications and internet-based programs
• Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing
• Ability to manage workflow and ensure timely processing of transactions
